Place the product in its original box or mailer along with all original tags, accessories, and the invoice to ensure a smooth inspection process.

Handover to Courier

A reverse pickup will be scheduled within 24-48 hours; please ensure someone is available to hand over the securely sealed package to our logistics partner.

Quality Check & Refund

Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
